Lumbrosacral Support

I'm a quadriplegic. With the lack of intercostal muscles, my breathing is predominantly through my diaphragm muscle. Wearing this abdominal binder, with the way it holds my abdomen tight, my diaphragm muscle is much more efficient making it easier to breathe not to mention my voice being much stronger when I speak.

Second of these I've owned. They are great! Very broad area of support.
