RETURN POLICY All returns must be pre-approved. For those items that are pre-approved as a return, the authorization number must be marked on the outside of the package. Returns for any reason other than Alex Orthopedic’s error will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The following may not be returned: • merchandise that has been used or is equal to or greater than six months old, • custom made or private labeled merchandise, and • pillow and cushion products where the shrink-wrap have been broken, open, or tampered with (due to health department regulation). Items ordered in error will be exchanged free of charge if the product is returned within two weeks of the invoice date and the product is in resalable condition. In such instances, the customer must pay for all shipping costs.
