ACCOUNT TERMS

No minimum orders required. Orders of less than $75.00 are subject to $5.00 additional handling charge. Terms on established accounts are 2% 10 days, Net 30 days. The discount does not apply to credit card payments. Non-established accounts are shipped COD or prepaid by credit card. Accounts past due are subject to 1.5% monthly service charges.

ANY ACCOUNT PAST 60 DAYS WILL BE PUT ON CREDIT HOLD.

DROP SHIP POLICY

Alex Orthopedic, Inc. drop ships any order to any address in US via our regular shipping methods. A $3.00 additional handling charge applies to all drop ship orders.

FREIGHT TERMS F.O.B. Shipping point

SAMPLE POLICY Samples will be invoiced upon shipment, however, if order placed within 10 days of the date of invoice, the sample will be included as part of quantity price.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must have prior approval before returning. The return authorization number must be marked on the out side of the package. Merchandise which has been used or is six months old cannot be returned. Custom made or private labeled merchandise cannot be returned. Pillow and cushion products that have open shrink wrap packaging cannot be returned due to health department regulation. Items ordered in error will be exchanged free of charge if returned within two weeks of date of invoice and in resalable condition. However shipping charges have to be paid. Returns for any reason other than our error may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

DISCREPANCIES

Any discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the order. Merchandise Damaged in Shipping All orders are carefully picked, checked, and packed for shipment. We cannot accept responsibility for damage, either visible or concealed, caused by carriers. The consignee must file claims with the carrier. Do not accept damaged cartons without inspecting them and their contents in the presence of the carrier's employee. You must notify the carrier of concealed damaged within 48 hours of delivery. It is your responsibility to retain all goods, shipping containers, and packing materials for inspection pending any claims with the carrier.
